Helloooooo!
I hope everyone enjoyed their Thursday to spend time with food and family (lol), family is important but let’s be honest we all came together for the food. This thanksgiving I enjoyed time with my sister and her in-laws, I have been in a space of gratitude when I am finally able to just be present and absorb all the love thats around me. Lets rewind, I went to the Black Therapist Rock Conference in August 2017, ‘GAME CHANGER’ is an understatement! I went to the conference with the intention of only getting continuing education credits (CEU’s), I left the conference as a soon to best selling author! *hair flip* lol but for real.
